The Master key

Have you ever use a masterkey before. The topic we shall be discussing today is how you can locate your properties and have proper access to it. My wish for all my friends this year is to wish them a property acquisition year full of celebrations and excellent health. Moving around the country with a bunch of key strapped to one’s trouser is strenuous a bit for an individual with properties scattered all over Nigeria. Locating the right key and searching for it too is more than enough work for one person. But when you have the masterkey, you can open the door of your opportunities without stress. All you need to do is to insert the key and the door will open without hindrance. We were alive and kicking 12 months ago, we have stepped into another 12 months and the journey just began, all we need to do is to ask ourselves a few question about how we are faring in the race to subdue poverty and practically abolished it in our lives as well as alleviate poverty in the lives of those that are very close to us and our family. The essence of getting rich is not only to live abundantly but to help other people achieve a richer, fuller and more abundant life; and we can only do this by showing them the right way. What is the right way? The possession of riches in addition to assets comes as an outcome of conscientiously engaging in legal stuffs in a confident manner, and those who engages in legal business in this confident manner whether on principle or by coincidence get rich, while those who do not do things in this confident manner no matter how hardworking they are or how talented they are will remain poor.
When two people are in the same neighborhood and in the same industry, and one gets rich while the other remains poor, it shows that getting rich is not mainly an issue of location. Some locality may be more favorable than others, but when two people are in the same industry and they are in residing in the same regional enclave and one gets rich while the other fails, it signify that the one who fails to get rich is operating his business in a wrong way. Have you ever looked at the Remedies Musical Group and how they vibrate Nigeria musical landscape in the late nineties prior to year 2000? Have you ever looked at the group now, you will discover that the most talented guy in the group is the one getting least attention from music lovers all over Africa, while those who were least talented continue to win award year in and year out. The pillar of the group who happen to be the most gifted vocalist among the group continue to wallow in oblivion despite the fact that his musical tune was the pivot that gave the Remedies their name. Why is the pillar of Remedy Musical Group getting poorer and receiving least attention from music lovers? The answer is that the guy is lazy and he refuses to think his way out of problem. Thought is the only power which can produce tangible riches from the formless stuffs; and thought is the only bridge that can connect an individual to his creator. To think negatively is easy because the foundation of negative thinking is to think according to appearance and this is how corrupt Nigerian politicians, yahoo boys or internet fraudsters make their money. But to think positively regardless of appearance is laborious and it requires the expenditures of more power and it is more difficult than any other work that we might be called to perform. Sustained and consecutive thought is laborious and there is no other job humans are more afraid of than to think not according to appearance; because to think not according to appearance is to think truth, regardless of the situation you found yourself in.
Moreover, the possession of money and fame is not due exclusively to the possession of talent, for many people who have great talent remain poor, while others who have very little talent get rich. The saying is applicable to all and sundry, irrespective of where you came from, that the saying is true can be revealed in the life of David Beckam, a British footballer who only understands how to use his right foot on the football pitch. He trained his right foot so well that he can spray accurate passes to his teammates, he also train it so that he can score set pieces from any angle on the football pitch. He is a player that doesn’t know how to use his left foot or his head whenever he is on the field of play. Yet David worked on his right foot and he became the most expensive footballer that depends only on his right foot. Yet other talented footballer like Luis Figo, Roberto Carlos, Austin Okocha, Nwankwo Kanu, Michael Owen, El Hadji Diouf, Adrian Mutu, Luca Toni, Mark Viduka, Gudjohnson, Alan Smith, were more gifted and they are able to use their left leg, right leg as well as their head, yet at over 30 years of age; one legged footballer like David Beckam is more expensive and more popular than the above physically strong and talented footballer because he worked on his right foot as well as on his image thereby turning himself not only to an icon on the football pitch but to an advert brand on TV.
